Dynamic Reformer Pilates
A strong, upbeat full-body Reformer class.
Dynamic Reformer Pilates is our signature Reformer class: powerful, energising and designed to challenge your whole body.
You will use the resistance of the Reformer to build strength, control, stamina and confidence. Expect a steady flow of exercises, plenty of time under tension, and that lovely "I worked hard" feeling by the end.
This class is low impact, but it is not easy. We keep the pace moving, but never rushed. Technique, alignment and control always come first.
What to expect
An upbeat full-body class using the Reformer machine, spring resistance and Pilates-based strength work.
You will work through a mix of core, legs, glutes, arms and mobility, with options given where needed. Some classes will feel more strength-focused, some more flowing, but the aim is always the same: move well, work hard, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.
This is a mixed-level class, so we recommend starting with Level 1 Reformer if you are brand new, nervous, returning after a long break, or would like more time to understand the equipment.
Good to know
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Grip socks are recommended for Reformer classes and are available to buy in studio. If wearing shorts please do have fitted lining.
Bring water and a small towel - it gets sweaty.
