Pilates Sculpt

Pilates-inspired strength, sweat and burn.

Pilates Sculpt is for anyone who loves the feel of Pilates but wants a more fitness-focused class.

This class takes inspiration from Pilates and adds more repetition, more burn and more strength-style movement. Expect a full-body workout using bodyweight, light weights and small props.

It is controlled, low impact and technique-led, but with a stronger sculpt feel than our Classic Mat Pilates class.

What to expect

A mat-based class designed to build strength, stamina and tone.

You will work through core, glutes, legs, arms and mobility using Pilates-inspired exercises, small props and light resistance. The class will feel more upbeat and more fitness-based than Classic Mat Pilates, but still with a strong focus on control and alignment.

This is a great option if you want the benefits of Pilates but enjoy a little more burn, pace and energy.


How is this different from Classic Mat Pilates?

Classic Mat Pilates follows a more traditional Pilates approach, with a stronger focus on technique, control and the original mat work.

Pilates Sculpt is more fitness-led. It still uses Pilates principles, but includes more repetition, small props, light weights and that familiar CoreFettle sweat.

Both are valuable. They just do different jobs.

Good to know

Mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. If wearing shorts please do have fitted lining.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Grip socks are optional.
