Sweat & Switch Off is for anyone who wants to work hard, get out of their head and leave the studio feeling lighter.
This class is built around simple, repetitive movement, a strong soundtrack and plenty of sweat. There is no choreography and no complicated combinations — just movement you can follow, feel and get lost in.
It’s not HIIT, it’s not Barre, and it’s not quiet Pilates. It’s a sweaty class designed to help you get out of your head and into your body.
What to expect
Expect a full-body mix of standing strength work, cardio bursts, mat-based abs, light weights and mobility.
You may see moves like squats, lunges, jumping jacks, burpees and planks, but alternatives will always be offered so you can work at the level that suits you.
You can take the lower-impact option, slow things down, or push harder when you feel ready.
The movements are simple and repetitive, so you do not need rhythm, coordination or any idea what you are doing before you arrive. Just bring yourself, and we will take care of the rest.
Who is this class for?
Sweat & Switch Off is for anyone who wants energy, music, effort and a bit of fun without taking themselves too seriously.
It’s a great option if you love the buzz, burn and sweat of Barre, but want something less precise, less technical and a little more let-go.
The aim is not perfection. The aim is to move, sweat, smile and switch off.
Good to know
Mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. barefoot or socks are both fine for this class. If wearing shorts please do have fitted lining.
Bring water and a towel.
This is an active fitness class. If you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, or unsure whether cardio-style movement is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.
We have a hands-on approach to teaching. If you prefer not to receive touch cues, just let your instructor know before class.
