Our Men Only Pilates class is designed for men who want to build core strength, improve mobility and move better - without feeling like they have landed in the wrong room.

Pilates is not just stretching, and it is definitely not just for women. It is used by athletes, runners, cyclists, footballers, golfers and plenty of people who simply want to feel stronger and less stiff.

This class gives you a straightforward place to start.

What to expect

A full-body Pilates class with a focus on core strength, posture, mobility and control.

You will work through exercises designed to strengthen the body, improve flexibility and support better movement. Expect some challenge, some sweat and probably a few muscles you forgot you had.

This class is suitable for beginners, but it is not a soft option. You will work at your own level with guidance from your instructor.

Good to know

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Grip socks are recommended for Reformer-based sessions and available to buy in studio. If wearing shorts please do have fitted lining.

Bring water and a towel.
