What to expect.
Level 1 Reformer Pilates
A slower-paced class designed to build strong foundations in Pilates. You’ll spend longer on each exercise to master technique and alignment — but you’ll still get a great workout as your muscles work deeply. Perfect if you’re new to Pilates, returning after a break, or want to refine your fundamentals before moving into more dynamic sessions.
A low impact, full body workout, that uses continuous tension, to fatigue specific muscle groups and modifications and progressions are given as needed.
We recommend comfortable clothing, and grip socks, if wearing shorts please do have fitted lining. It gets sweaty so bring a sweat towel and water.
Not suitable for all injuries so please do get in touch if you are recovering from injury so we can assess.
